I am so happy to be home from the hospital! I've been a good girl taking my insulin shots and trying to find my way around the house. I slept a lot the first few days but I've been moving about now. Thankfully I have my seeing eye-Alien to help me out!

I was surprised when I read in the previous post that Sallie went blind. Is it because she's diabetic? Poor sweety. But hey, I am glad that she's alright and recovering.
