Alien here!
When Pip asked for a tour of the planet, Saturn, as part of his Bucket List Tour, I enthusiastically agreed. But due to Sallie's illness and our hectic schedule, we had to postpone our trip. This week, we finally jumped into my spaceship and headed into outer space with a few friends.
Here we are in my spaceship, flying towards Saturn.
How Saturn Got its Name
Saturn is named for the Roman god of agriculture. The Greek equivalent was Cronos, father of Zeus/Jupiter. Other civilizations have given different names to Saturn, which is the farthest planet from Earth that can be observed by the unaided human eye. Source: Nasa
Since Saturn is mostly made of hydrogen and helium, and has dangerous wind storms, we stopped on an orbiting planet for a closer look.
I'm not sure if it was the abundant consumption of beer and cheetos, but we almost left Pip behind!
Afterwards, we stopped at our favorite space martini bar for a round of drinks to celebrate our long standing friendship.
Dearest Pip, you are brighter than the stars, moon and sun. I am a better Alien for having met you. I hope we have many more adventures to come, in this time and beyond.

Now that trip has to have been the most memorable of all Pip's bucket list trips, Alien. Thanks for sharing it with us.

You have no idea what perfect timing this was! Pip is having a really difficult time tonight ...his breathing is very labored and I fear he is uncomfortable. But he wants to thank you both for this wonderful trip and all the fabulous adventures we have had over the years. He says he is a better Pip because of your friendship! Love you guys!!
P.S.: I haven't been on blogs in several weeks, but yours popped up tonight and I think it was a sign! Thank you! And tell Alien to send some of his inter-galactic space magic to Pip tonight. He needs it.
We are so glad that you had the opportunity to show Pip the wonder of the Universe beyond our atmosphere.
That adventure was...well...it was outta this world! Glad you didn't forget Pip.

Oh we are so glad Alien that you took pip to the stars and back. We read his moms post back to you and it made us sad and full of worries. You know if love could make him better, he would be a young pup again! How blessed are we to know him, and him to have this kind of love.

We had so much fun when Pip and Puddles came to our house a while back. But you got to take them into outer space. What an adventure!
Hey there would you mind stating which blog platform you're using? I'm
planning to start my own blog in the near future but I'm having a tough time making a decision between BlogEngine/Wordpress/B2evolution and Drupal. The reason I ask is because your design and style seems different then most blogs and I'm looking for something completely unique.
P.S My apologies for being off-topic but I had to ask!
